Assignments are due, most of them not completed

Head office has been hounding me and asking for the fees that I owe them

“How you gonna charge me for your lack of resources?
Purposefully failing me for not doing something that you didn’t teach me
Like why the hell you even calling?
It’s bad enough that I got added pressure from my sponsor telling me to get some A’s
And now you’re over here asking me when will I pay
You don’t even care that I never ate this morning
You don’t even care that you hire garbage lecturers
Who fail the class with without a reason
You don’t even care about the well-being of your students
You leave a number for depression
Thinking that it’s due diligence when really the aim is to empty our pockets
Like every other business with a rock-solid marketing plan”
But instead I say, “I’ll pay all of it right before the year ends”
This is the life of a college kid
If College Life was soil, I’d be six feet under it
Lying in a coffin decomposing every moment
And I spoke to BLVCK about it with some laughter in my system
He laughed back and told me that we’re all under torment
The best case is finishing the course and making exits
That will not even lead us to the graduation process
If they do, we grab the piece of paper then we dip
And ditch the ceremony to go make life happen
In the meantime, my soul is bleeding through my iris
My toxic behaviour level is at its highest
And everytime I’m writing these assignments
A moderator of the Paper fails to see
