Then people push me around, not hearing my sound
And i wanna stop right now
Biding my time, clearing my mind
Standing in line because i’m hoping only you can provide
Mountains, valleys, rivers, boulders
I held the world like atlas on my shoulders
The embers of my heart, they burn, they smolder
Everything they’ve gone through’s in the eyes of the beholder
Makes them stronger in the fire as they grow older
Standing before you with a courage like a soldier

Since my fire’s burning brightly, i haven’t given in
